What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in: 12.00 p.m. to max.22.00 p.m.
Check out: by 10.30 a.m.
Check in: 2pm to max. 10pm Monday to Saturday
Our Reception is not manned on Sundays and public holidays in the low season.
Check-IN is only possible with the key box
If you arrive outside these times, please inform us in due time to learn more about our “key box”.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
We would like to make your stay with us at the Hotel Huberhof as pleasant as possible. This is especially true for guests with animal hair allergies. That's why we decided a few years ago that the Huberhof should be a dog and pet-free hotel.In doing so, we not only take the needs of people who are allergic to animal hair into account, but also meet the highest hygienic standards. In addition, we guarantee a stress-free holiday for all guests who are afraid of dogs.

We always store items left behind by guests after their departure. If you have forgotten something, please contact us. We will gladly send you your items subject to postage.
Baby cots and extra beds
Children up to 3 years can stay with us in the parents’ bed (€ 8 per night) or in one of our cots (€ 10 per night). We also provide an extra bed (€ 25 per night) on request or for children aged 4 to 15 years. Due to limited availabilities we ask that you reserve extra beds in advance.
Is there Internet connection in the hotel?
We offer our guests free high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms of the Hotel Huberhof and in our garden.
Can I enter the hotel outside of the arrival times?
Our key box also allows you to arrive
to the hotel outside of reception hours. Please let us know in
advance, as there is only limited availability. Our key box can be found easily at the main entrance of
the Hotel Huberhof upon arrival.
How do I get to the Hotel Huberhof?
You can easily reach our hotel via the A9 motorway, Allershausen exit. More about that and the Google Route Planner can be found under contact and arrival.
Is an airport transfer available?
We will be happy to organise a transfer to the airport for a free upon registration. The best way to arrive is to use the taxi service at Munich Airport.
How do I get to the Allianz Arena?
The famous stadium can be easily reached via the A9 motorway in about 30 kilometres. Fur further information, please visit Allianz Arena
How far is it from the hotel to Messe München?
The Munich Trade Fair Centre can be reached quickly and comfortably via the motorway, 40 km away. Further information about the Munich Trade Fair Centre can be found here
How do I get from the hotel to the Oktoberfest?
The Munich Oktoberfest on the Theresienwiese is also easy to reach. More about your trip to the Oktoberfest can be found here
Parking spaces for cars are available for all our guests at no extra cost. You are also welcome to rent a garage space for a fee of € 10 per night. We ask that you reserve such spaces at our reception. Parking spaces for cars with trailers, as well as for buses or vans are available by arrangement.
Is there a charging point for electric vehicles at the hotel?
We are happy to support environmentally friendly vehicles! You will find a charging point for electric vehicles directly at our doorstep.
What happens in case of a cancellation?
Cancellation policy for off-peak season
Single room and
Free cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 2 day before arrival. We charge 80% of the total price for cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival.
with one extra bed, three-bed room and four-bed room
Free cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. We charge 80% of the total price for cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy for peak season/trade fair season/Oktoberfest
90% of the total price will be charged for cancellations during the peak season.
